Refund Policy

1. Overview

GenShot sells credits — a digital currency used to generate and edit images and videos with AI. Credits are delivered to your account instantly after purchase and are consumed as you use the service.

Because every new account receives free daily credits, you can fully try the service before making any purchase. We encourage you to use the free credits to make sure the results meet your expectations.

3. Refund eligibility

• Unused credits: if you have not spent any of the purchased credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Partially used credits: if a technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving your results, we will refund the affected portion or re-run the generation free of charge. For other cases, partial refunds are considered individually at our discretion.
• Consumed credits: credits already spent on completed generations are non-refundable, since the computing resources have been used to deliver your results.
• Free and bonus credits: promotional, daily and bonus credits have no monetary value and are not refundable or exchangeable.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at support@genshot.ru from the address associated with your account and include the purchase date and amount. We reply to refund requests within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including rights under EU and UK law concerning digital content. By purchasing credits and starting to use them you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once the content has been consumed.
